Delete your Saga account

Saga is a video journaling app operated by Norse Ventures LLC. You can request deletion of your Saga account and its associated data at any time.

Email Norse Ventures to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Saga account, if possible, and state that you want your Saga account deleted.

What we delete

Deleting your Saga account deletes the account and the data associated with it, including:

  • Your Saga account.
  • Your journal metadata, including titles, notes, dates, and other entry information.
  • Your cloud backups, including uploaded journal videos.

When deletion is completed

Norse Ventures completes deletion requests within 30 days.

If applicable law requires us to retain limited records for longer, we retain only the records required by law for the required period. We delete those records when that period ends.
